All Family Service Toronto offices are closed as we continue efforts to respond responsibly to contain the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
We continue to provide services and work with our communities as much as possible to support those who need us most at this critical time.

For more information or to access our virtual counselling program, please call our Service Access Unit weekdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 416-595-9618.
Our counsellors offer a single telephone session of about 50 minutes and the service is open to all persons 18 years of age and older. As available, a counsellor will return the call between 11:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. daily.
Callers who may need crisis support will be directed to the appropriate service.
We hope to resume full programs and services June 1.
