Family Service Toronto is inviting community members to participate in our online Community Needs Assessment.
Developed with input from community members, this survey will help us better understand the needs, experiences, and service priorities across our community. Your feedback will help identify service gaps, barriers to accessing support, and opportunities to strengthen programs and meaningful community partnerships.
The survey takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete and includes questions about:
- Services currently available in your community
- Challenges you may experience when accessing support
- Services and supports you would like to see in the future
Your participation is confidential, and you may skip any questions you do not wish to answer.
