Options programs are renamed

The names of our Options programs for Children and Adults have been updated to create stronger alignment with our broader Developmental Services work and supports.
Effective Aug. 17 the programs are now known as:
“We will continue to provide high-quality case management and navigation services that support both children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families,” said Megan Hart, Manager, Developmental Services – Children’s Program and Community Engagement. “These changes reflect our ongoing commitment to listening to the people we serve and ensuring that our language is accessible, transparent, and meaningful.”
“By embedding client and caregiver voices into our decisions, we continue to strengthen the way we communicate about our services and support our community,” added Megan. “We look forward to continuing to work together to ensure individuals and families receive the responsive, person-centred support they deserve.”
