Join a Fall workshop/group

It’s not too late to register for one of Family Service Toronto’s several virtual or in-person workshops or groups this Fall.
Among the groups open for registration are:
- Nervous System Reset (virtual) – In this series of virtual weekly sessions you’ll engage in body-based grounding techniques, practice trauma-informed yoga, and learn how these practices help improve emotional and physical well-being. This program is open to those who want to manage such strong emotions as anxiety, depression, or trauma.
Dates: Fridays 10 – 11 a.m., Oct. 2 – Dec. 18, 2026
- The Art of Belonging (in person) – An eight-week intergenerational art therapy group for 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals. Through creative expression and shared storytelling, participants will explore themes of identity, resilience, and belonging.
Dates: Wednesdays 2 -4 p.m., Oct 14 – Dec. 9 (no session Nov. 11), 2026 - Camps Registration Workshop (virtual) – An information session on camps and respite registration. This single-session workshop is suitable for caregivers of children 4 -18 who would like to have a better understanding of the what’s, when, and how’s of registering for camp
Dates: Oct. 8, Nov. 5, 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
