In Memory of Charissa Tucker
It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Charissa Tucker, our Senior Director of People and Culture, who died in April after a courageous battle with cancer.
Charissa was a remarkable leader whose impact on our organization cannot be overstated. She was instrumental in shaping our labour relations framework, developing and nurturing a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture, and offering unwavering support to our teams.
Her transparency, fearless leadership, and boundless compassion set a standard we will strive to uphold every day.
To honour her legacy, we are proud to introduce an annual recognition award in her name. The Charissa Tucker Award will celebrate employees who embody her collaborative spirit, creativity, and deep commitment to inclusion—qualities that defined her leadership and inspired all who worked with her. Charissa’s presence is deeply missed, but her influence will continue to guide us.
