At Family Service Toronto our clients are the reason for our existence and their feedback informs our actions and activity plans. To ensure client voices are reflected in our work, we conduct annual Client Satisfaction Surveys.

It influences our planning for programs and services, strengthens our relationships, and ensures we continue to support all our clients and community members.
