At Family Service Toronto our clients are the reason for our existence and their feedback informs our actions and activity plans. To ensure client voices are reflected in our work, we conduct annual Client Satisfaction Surveys.
If you are an FST client, this survey gives us a chance to hear directly from you about your experiences, your needs, and your expectations from our programs and services.
Your feedback helps shape the way we work. It influences our planning for programs and services, strengthens our relationships, and ensures we continue to support all our clients and community members. Whether it’s acknowledging what’s working well or identifying areas for improvement, your insights guide us forward.
