Annual Meeting 2026
Join us for our 112th Annual Meeting of the Members of Family Service Toronto (FST) on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, 6.00pm, for the following business purposes:
Ordinary Business
- Receive the Minutes of the 111th Annual General Meeting held September 24, 2025.
- Receive the Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026.
- Appoint auditors for the ensuing year and authorize the directors to fix the remuneration of such auditors.
- Election of Directors.
Special Business
5. Pass a special resolution to amend By-Law No. 2, being an operating bylaw relating generally to the transaction of the business and affairs of FST, prepared in compliance with the Ontario Not-for-profit Corporations Act (2010) in the form endorsed by the Board of Directors on June 24, 2026.
And
6. Transaction of such other business as may properly come before the Meeting.
