FST awards data services contract
Family Service Toronto has awarded a five-year hosted data service and support contract to Canadian software provider VitalHub Inc.
The agreement will provide FST with a case management solution for client records and was awarded following a review of bids from six vendors through a rigorous public procurement process launched in January.
The contract is effective June 14, 2021 through June 2026 with a two-year renewal option.
FST thanks all vendors who participated in the process.
